Jason has trained me on and off for several years and is fantastic! He is extremely attentive and helps just as much out of the gym as he does in (even helping me with diet plans). - How did you get started doing this type of work?The 9-5 setting was detrimental to me. I was depressed and anxious because I wasn't happy working in an office. I decided to pursue my passion in fitness and have never been happier!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?Take advantage of trials. But try a couple sessions out before making a long term decision.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?That this is a way of life before it is a profession. Everything I teach is based on personal experience and education
