Mr. MacKenzie is an executive leader who consistently delivers strong outcomes and excels in implementing efficiencies that improve organizational goals and monetize results.
Rod has a broad range of industry experience that includes hospitality, health care, entertainment, and military/government contracting. Mr. MacKenzie will work with your team to develop and implement clear, concise communications for internal and external client audiences, then manage, track and measure all facets of client marketing to attain control, facilitate delivery and foster return on investment.
At times, during client relationship development, Mr. MacKenzie will observe client challenges that may impact design and execution of strategic initiatives. Challenges uncovered during a review of enterprise or project planning process could, and sometimes do, hinder success.To help clients identify and overcome obstacles to the implantation and success of projects, Mr. MacKenzie will utilize his prime performance assessment services. The prime performance assessment is used to identify weaknesses and build on strengths in enterprise/project alignment and synergies that can elevate client organizational effectiveness and enhance project success.
