Oliver was fantastic! My prom group had a lot of changes and he was patient and kind the entire time. While we were on our way to prom, there was a mishap with the limo and it would not start. Not only did Oliver upgrade us to a very nice party bus, he personally drove us back home to ensure there were no problems. Oliver is an amazing person and I recommend him highly for an event.

Oliver was excellent!! He helped to accommodate all of my needs! I was planning a bachelorette weekend and at the last minute, plans were changing and we didn't need a party bus but something smaller. Oliver was able to accommodate us still during the last minute changes! He always very nice and polite over the phone too! I would definitely recommend him for your limo or party bus needs! I will use him again in the future!!

I rented a party bus for 18 females for my bridal shower. Everything was great..a little bumpy ride (lots of spilled drinks) but the overall experience was great! The sound system was superb! Great idea! Thinking about renting again for a birthday party in the near future.

Excellent experience today using Optimum's 32 person party bus. Oliver communicated great and was the first company to respond through Thumbtack. He showed up early and it is obvious that he takes pride in his bus. We do an annual business outing which involves having the bus for 6 hours. Oliver and his bus far exceded the 4 other companies we have used in the past. He will be getting our business in the future!
