It depends on the job. I like to cater to individual needs and budgets.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet in person and discuss budgets, timelines and visions. I like to have details before diving in. I think open communication about what is expected is necessary for successful events.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I earned my CMP (certified meeting professional) certification in January 2016. I've been planning meetings and events since 2012 - I started my career after college in a non events role, but started at a networking company in 2012 where I planned and executed 20+ meetings a month in several cities. From there I began planning company conferences (Vendors, booths, F&B, hotel contracts, travel, marketing materials, and entertainment across the US and internationally), as well as Diamond Club, region retreats, and several parties and weddings.
