I'm so grateful Laura was able to respond quickly on the night before at 9 pm to assist me on the next day between 8 am and 12 pm to meet an internet technician. As you know, these technicians come within windows, and having someone reliable who's a homeowner herself understands how it works. Her level of responsiveness, professionalism, and punctuality made all the difference. I was quickly able to confirm and have our guests taken care of, as Airbnb guests need things fixed immediately. I cannot wait to continue working with Laura moving forward. She sent screenshots and communicated prior to getting there while onsite thank you!!!
