- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing reflects high-level, dedicated support tailored to each client’s needs. I offer both hourly and monthly retainer options depending on the level of support required. For ongoing clients, retainer packages include priority access, faster turnaround times, and reduced hourly rates. There are no hidden fees—everything is discussed upfront so you always know what to expect. Special project work, travel, or urgent same-day requests may have additional rates, but those are agreed upon in advance. If you’re unsure which option fits your situation, I’m happy to recommend the best package during your consultation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a short discovery call so I can understand your needs, priorities, and what’s currently overwhelming your schedule or operations. From there, I create a customized support plan—whether you need ongoing help, project-based support, or a mix of both. Once we decide to move forward, I take care of onboarding: gathering access, setting up workflows, and establishing your preferred communication style. My goal is to make things smooth, organized, and stress-free from day one. As we work together, I check in often, adjust as needed, and make sure you feel supported, not managed. My approach is simple: serve with excellence, communicate clearly, and bring peace and order to your business and daily life.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring over a decade of operational and administrative experience, including years working at two of the largest and most respected wealth management firms in Atlanta. In those roles, I supported high-net-worth clients, CEOs, founders, and families with $100M+ in assets—handling complex documentation, client communication, scheduling, process management, and high-stakes administrative work with excellence and discretion. I’m also pursuing my Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Computer Information Systems, which strengthens the systems, technology, and project management side of what I do. Together, my background and training allow me to bring structure, clarity, and reliable executive-level support to every client I work with.
