- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process for working with a new client involves 3 simple steps: 1) I will get a feel for your project to better understand the scope of work and what's needed. 2) We'll work together to identify and discuss deliverables, deadlines, communication guidelines, and your overall budget. 3) Once we launch the project, I'll share regular status updates at milestone periods to keep you engaged in the process. Upon completion, we'll review to confirm you're happy with the final outcome. If at any point during the project you have questions, I'm always here to help.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years experience in Administration and obtained my Bachelor's Degree with a minor in Business Management. I've worked extensively with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, various software applications, CRMS, and other tools to effectively manage business functions.
