Attorney Greene and his staff have been wonderful to work with and really pulled through for me!
His office helped with a personalinjury case in Blueridge Mountains, GA. I live in Miami and it couldn't have been simpler for us!
I am very impressed with the personal, prompt and courteous attention received. Very professional yet personable firm. I really was amazed at the level of service I recieved from attorney Greene and his assistant Shauna!! Honestly, I usually do not write reviews but I could not write a review about my experience. Primarily when I was initially searching for assistance I had no clue who to contact so I searched online, basically taking a chance and trusting what other's have written about their experience. Attorney Greene actually took the time to explain everything in detail, answer all of my questions, addressed any concerns, did not back down & WON my case!! Shauna, his legal assistant is just simply amazing! She kept me abreast as well with any changes, and steps in the process. The level of professionalism they project is very refreshing. I can honestly say working with attorney Greene has been an outstanding experience.He has help me get what I felt I was entitled to for my personalinjury that happened on the job and the time that it took for him to complete it all was incredible. He could have ten cases going on at once and still manages to find time to work on yours whether it is major or minor. Yes. I am required to do continuing education every year to maintain my professional license in good standing.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
My client came to me after terminating her previous attorney who is very well-known and does a tremendous amount of advertising. The previous attorney tried to convince her to settle her case for less than 1/4 of the available insurance, even though she still needed more treatment. In addition, the settlement recommendation by her prior was based on an incomplete demand package. Once I took over the case, I made sure my client obtained all of the medical treatment that she needed in a timely manner and I submitted a very thorough demand package to the insurance companies. I was able to settle the case for the full policy limits of the at-fault driver's policy as well as the full policy limits of my client's uninsured motorist policy.

Each case is different. No attorney can predict the precise outcome of a case with accuracy. The only thing I can do is give 110% effort to every case to ensure the best possible result is achieved.
