Thank goodness there are lawyers like Michael Gumprecht, or else lawyers would have a worse reputation than they already do. I've dealt with lawyers before and the difference with the Gumprecht law firm is like night and day. I suffered a MAJOR head injury in Carrollton last year and wasn't sure who I should hire. Everyone sounded the same, but Michael was smarter and more attentive than the rest. I went with my gut and hired Michael Gumprecht, because i could tell he would give my case "the edge" that was needed. Smartest decision ever. If you've never hired a lawyer before, trust me you CANNOT do better than this, not even close. I was given quick communication and personal care BY AN ATTORNEY (not a paralegal) who truly cares from start to finish, and of course the financial outcome was incredible for me. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I regularly attend continuing legal education courses and have been asked to participate and speak on a panel later this year. I am also now attending courses at The Trial Lawyers College for trial lawyers, where I am working hard to master my skills in front of a jury.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I come from a family of 20+ medical doctors, including both my grandmother and grandfather. When I began practicing law it didn't take long for me to gravitate toward helping the injured because it was familiar to me.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Injury cases involving any type of negligence by another party. This usually involves auto accidents, motorcycle wrecks, trucking accidents, wrongful death, DUI vicitms, dog bites, and unsafe premises cases.
