Today was my second time hiring Erika to help me organize my home. We are a neurodivergent household with two full-time working parents, so things get cluttered and overwhelming quickly. Erika has come to my rescue twice now by eliminating my growing to-do list of endless household tasks, and the result is a HUGE weight lifted off my shoulders. She creates order where there was chaos, and she can completely transform your space into a beautiful and functional environment. Erika is personable, compassionate, and she might be the only person on earth that I’m comfortable with looking through all of my items. I don’t even let my own mother do that. Erika and her team are AMAZING! Not only do they do incredible work organizing and decluttering, they work fast! My daughters ‘helped’ them organize their rooms and playroom they tackled a bonus room and my clogged office. I can’t wait for her to help with some design elements for window treatments, rugs, and pictures. So excited to help turn my home into a prettier place.

Erica came with her sparkly personality and positive attitude to help me dig into my space. She was very positive and constructive and her vision for my space for exceeded my ability to see past the boxes and the mask. She is super organized, super professional and just enjoyable to work with we spent a couple hours and it was the perfect amount of time sometimes digging through stuff can be emotionally exhausting and she was very understanding and supportive. She also was not judgmental at all. I think I probably would’ve walked into my space and rolled my eyes at the mass and just organization from my move not from Erika! She was professional, positive and not judgmental and just so supportive. I can’t wait to have her back and dig into even more!

Simply amazing, talented and highly professional. I contacted Erika on a Saturday in a panic because I just moved and my apartment was a mess! She came out the next day on an Easter Sunday. Wow! My apartment is organized to the T! She did the entire apartment in about 5 hours and it looks beautiful. Not only is she a talented organizer but she’s professional and fun. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My minimum for projects is $250. Typically I do an hourly rate or per job rate if requested and take payment daily. If it’s a larger job- I do invoice for labor and material! CANCELLATION POLICY- if you cancel for any reason within 12 hours of the project start time you will owe a $200 cancellation. Each assistant that accompanies me is an additional $35. This allows me to get the projects done quicker and cheaper for my clients!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
