- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My project minimum is $300. Most jobs are quoted at a flat rate based on the scope of work, but hourly pricing is available upon request. For larger residential or commercial projects, I can provide invoicing and accept credit card payments for added convenience. To help complete projects more efficiently and keep costs lower for clients, additional assistants can be added to the job for $35–$50 per hour, depending on the project needs. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled project start time are subject to a $200 cancellation fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I typically start by reviewing photos or videos of the project to better understand the scope of work. For larger or more detailed projects, I can also provide an in-home estimate. Once we discuss the project details and pricing, I’ll get you scheduled on my calendar and keep communication clear throughout the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a wide range of licenses, certifications, and hands-on experience related to my work! I’m always learning new skills and enjoy traveling and expanding my knowledge in different trades and industries. I also have over 20 years of experience working in real estate, which has given me strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and extensive experience working with homes and clients.
