Introduction: We offer personalized training in a small group atmosphere for a fraction of the cost for one on one training. Our groups have a maximum number of 4 people, so we can custom tailor our workouts more effectively than a bootcamp class of over 30. I get to see people's lives improve. It is truly amazing to see the changes that our clients go through and how they improve the quality of their lives. It is amazing.

As a sixty-something grandmother with a bad back, I rely on MAX 4 Fitness to help keep me moving. Hoisting infant car seats and chasing toddlers take more stamina than I would have if I did not do functional training with Mike Bonetti--he understands the "function" in functional training, adapting exercises to adjust for individual challenges and problems. Highly recommended!

For nine years, I have trained with Michael Bonetti of Max 4 Fitness. I have continued with this program for so long because, first of all, it is FUN! Every session is a different workout, and I am still surprised to push myself to new limits. My doctor's check-up this week confirmed that I am in better shape now than I have ever been. You should call today to start yourself on the path to greater health and happiness. Better yet, grab two or three friends to form your own workout class, and you will all have a blast together while you improve body and mind. Go for it!
