FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the level of personalization and attention each client receives — every program is tailored specifically to your goals, fitness level, and any physical limitations or past injuries. I offer both individual sessions and discounted package rates for clients who train consistently (which most do, because that’s where the real progress happens!). There are no hidden fees, and all pricing is discussed upfront before we begin. I also offer special rates for seniors (50+) and partner training for those who want to work out with a friend or spouse. My goal is to make high-quality, personalized training accessible — and to help you see results that make every session worth it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every new client starts with a free consultation — either in person or virtually — where we discuss your goals, health history, lifestyle, and any injuries or limitations. From there, I perform a light movement and posture assessment to understand how your body moves and where we can make improvements. Based on that, I create a personalized training plan that’s realistic, sustainable, and specific to you — whether your goal is improving strength, mobility, balance, or athletic performance. Our first few sessions focus on form, fundamentals, and building confidence. From there, we progress safely and strategically, tracking your improvements week by week. My process is built around one thing: helping you feel stronger, move better, and stay consistent — with expert guidance and genuine support every step of the way. 💪
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an ISSA Personal Training Certification and years of hands-on experience working in several of Atlanta’s most popular gyms, helping clients of all ages build strength, mobility, and confidence. I'm also studying Sports Marketing, which gave me a strong understanding of the athletic and performance side of fitness — something I bring into every training plan. As a former basketball player, I’ve spent years training for strength, endurance, and injury prevention, which allows me to blend athlete-level training principles with real-world fitness and rehabilitation techniques. This combination of education, athletic experience, and professional training helps me design programs that are not only effective, but safe, motivating, and built to last.
