Richard creates great workouts! Having trained with great trainers previously, I'm always skeptical when selecting someone new. Richard listened to my concerns and created great workouts. Wiith his workouts, I've been able to cut 1 minute/mile off of my race run time and continue to push myself daily. His workouts are out-of-the-box and ultra challenging.
