So in order to train with me you have to have already a background when it comes to fitness knowing some basic things and know that you are already a force not to be played with- period! I will not babysit you, but I will teach you to be the lit and fiit at the same damn time 💋 What To Expect On Your First Day First Day Exectations and Walkthrough Decision Made After consulting and coming to a decision this is the point where we begin some paperwork. As an individual contractor and traveling trainer I have a training fee that does vary as well as a start up deposit this all depending on if I’m coming to you and for how many days or training virtual Now the fun beings First Workout Begins We will begin your workout with a 10 minute stretch and warmup . Then we'll get right into a 30-45 min workout. This is usually nerve-racking but I pride myself on establishing comfort-ability and repore within our first workout! Will work on some Movements (Push, pull, hinge, squat and loaded carry) Now you’re apart of my team of StayFIIT hotties And you’re ready to hit goals and see results 💪🏾 💗 let’s go! I started using Happy Body Fitness when I going through major depression & anxiety. It helped me out a lot with having someone who not only understood my situation but also took the time create me a plan that I can go along with my medication and etc. Happy Body Fitness created me a eating plan to follow day by day. The food was actually pretty good! I’m a fried food eater and Happy Body Fitness educated me on the facts about good foods that can help with people like me. I honestly learned how to make foods without meat. I felt every meal had to have meat in it and that’s not the case. On top of that I got a workout schedule plan geared towards my weight goals which is a plus because not everyone can make it to the gym and Happy Body Fitness also make home workouts fun by just using your body and weights.

I have known Richard for 10+ years and he is the best. Training is his passion. If he can get a big girl like me to move then he can do the samething for you. Gone and get you some of that happy body fitness in your life.
