So in order to train with me you have to have already a background when it comes to fitness knowing some basic things and know that you are already a force not to be played with- period! I will not babysit you, but I will teach you to be the lit and fiit at the same damn time 💋

After consulting and coming to a decision this is the point where we begin some paperwork. As an individual contractor and traveling trainer I have a training fee that does vary as well as a start up deposit this all depending on if I’m coming to you and for how many days or training virtual

First Workout Begins
We will begin your workout with a 10 minute stretch and warmup . Then we'll get right into a 30-45 min workout. This is usually nerve-racking but I pride myself on establishing comfort-ability and repore within our first workout! Will work on some
Movements (Push, pull, hinge, squat and loaded carry)
