Me and Jamar did a lot of working out during our college years. Overall it was about three years of training. I seen excellent results such as massive gains and core body strength. What impressed me about Jamar the most is his motivation and commitment. He was always on time and displayed quality work knowledge. - How did you get started doing this type of work?I have a passion to help others become happier with themselves. I feel when you are happy with yourself, you become happy with your life. Knowing that I am in a position to make an impact on someone's life motivates me, and I love using my knowledge to motivate others to live a healthier lifestyle and reach their fitness goals. There are some people who turn to fitness because their life really depends on it. I feel like I have a purpose when helping them conquer those health scares. I may not be able to help the world, but I am going to try to reach as many as I can.
