- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We customize our services to meet your needs. The initial consultation where we meet your pets in your home is FREE! Normal visits start at $20.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We normally speak or text directly with the client. An account is set up in our scheduling portal to get more information about the client and pet's needs. We also schedule a free meet and greet in each home in advance of visits to gather information needed to properly care for your pets and home. Our clients may receive text updates about their pets and they will receive notification when their sitter is at their home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are pet LOVERS and owners. We were established in 2015 and have great clients and references. We are a small, local company wanting to provide the BEST care for your pets and home.
