Navia showed great professionalism and was always earlier than she quoted time wise! I had a cracked screen and needed a new battery but now I am good to go! Tell a friend to tell a friend because you’re not gonna beat the price or level of professionalism. If my screen is ever cracked again I know where I’m going (No where lol because Mobile DoC comes to you)!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Send a request through the thumbtack portal with your iPhone model & the type of repair you're in need of.
Once we're notified of the request, we'll quickly send over a price quote for the repair and further discuss with you, your needs to make sure that we're providing the right service for your repair.
