- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first process to the confirm booking . I will contact the customer 30 minutes before arriving . Once I arrived a full diagnostic of device will conducted. Customer will be inform of finding and give permission to proceed with repair . Lastly , a second diagnostic is take to ensure that all components are working properly ,customers will receive warranties. If customers are satisfied or not with repair service we ask that you please leave a review to help improve and grow as a business .
