- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we communicate via phone,txt or email to confirm the date, amount of hours needed, and type of booth. Then I followup with a contract confirming what was agreed upon. Once signed by both of us I send an invoice for the deposit.Then I request an email with specifics as far as the verbiage for the customized photo strips, and confirmation of date ,start time, and exact address of location.

I have customer service training,and have attended several industry related expos and master classes
