We are a truly custom photo booth solution so we give pricing based on your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to make things as simple and automated as possible. Our staff enters your reservation information into our customer portal so that you get reminders showing all the details of your reservation. This makes sure we are on the same page. If you have requested custom artwork, our design team works closely with you to make sure you are happy with your custom design. Finally, your photo booth attendant will work to make sure your event goes smoothly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our entire staff is trained in both photography and event customer service.
