- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have a standard pricing system. However every clients needs are different so we allow you to customize your package as well as choose from our three standard packages.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process with working with a new customer is to satisfy the customers needs. We send you a contract stating the services rendered and expectations. Then we start the design of print strips for your approval or logo/watermark placing for your photos. The day of event we make sure to arrive at least 30 minute prior to execution time to setup.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We've worked in the music, entertainment and marketing industry for over 12 years. Event activation and execution is our specialty.
