FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Definitely getting to know my clients and making them comfortable is my number one priority. The key to capturing perfect moments are making sure clients are happy and comfortable and that will radiate through the images!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
It's very important to examine a provider's work for two reasons: to validate that a provider can work in different conditions, with different people and scenarios and of course to make sure that the work produced is quality. My second piece of advice would be to understand a provider's amount to charge. There's more to a price than the time taken to capture the images. The time, the knowledge, the expensive equipment, travel costs, etc, all go into an amazing shoot.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Customers should definitely ask about turnaround time for returning images, the various choices a client has to have their images returned (Digital library, CD, online gallery, etc.), ideas for location/style of shoot. If it comes up in your mind more than once, you should definitely ask!
