- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our pricing is very simplified - we charge $187.50 per hour for the first hour & 137.50 per hour for each additional hour, pro-rated to the nearest half-hour, plus any parts & material used (the only exception is if the one-way trip is over 50 miles, there is an additinal trip charge)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We take a continuing education class yearly, as well as on-line classes from various manufacturers & class room training on many new technologies
- What types of customers have you worked with?We handle many different aspects of plumbing - repair, maintaince, upgrading fixtures & plumbing systems, replacing defective parts, as well as new residential, re-modeling & additions
