- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing does not include any extra fees but depending on what is needed there may be some additional fee for time transporting equipment and the set up for complex lighting setups where additional set up time would be needed such as with studio lighting consisting of many lights. I will also let you know if that is needed for your project. This fee would be $75 in addition to the regular quoted amount. These fees only apply to photography as Videography is more job specific when quoting. *This would not apply to video work as video projects pricing and fees would be very specific to the project as each projects would have several factors to consider when quoting.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customers, I first get an idea of what you are asking for. From there, I curate the experience for the best possible photos. For example, for portrait photography, I would direct you on poses for the optimal angles while for event photography, like a birthday, I may make suggests on placement of thing like a cake in order to have the best angle for capturing the moment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education is real world experience and always researching new techniques. Everything I learned in photography was through being self taught, watching online educational videos, and always trying to stretch my creative expression by doing increasingly more difficult, new projects as much as I can.
