Lux Photography can improve by being at the event she was hired to photograph. She misses the event. She ended up lost and missed the actual event she was hired to photograph. 4 minutes after the event start time she called to say she was 5 mins away. She proceeded to call and text me while my daughter's baptism was taking place with the expectation of me to leave my daughter's baptism to answer her texts and calls. She didn't find the actual location until the event was over. As a photographer she was expected to either go to the location a day or so prior to get familiar with it or at the very least arrive on time. She did neither.

Rachel did not know how to do her job at all; instructions had to be provided for everything. We had a beautifully catered luncheon for our group and there are NO photos of the food. At least she took a photo of the dessert (although a duplicate and only 1 out of the 3 options offered). A perfectly planned and executed event with a disastrous photography service. To add to that, the feedback and interaction following the event was extremely rude. I would not recommend Rachel (RCB Photography) at all and regret hiring her for my event. It's been a great embarrassment.
