- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The prices listed are ballpark figures to give you an idea of what to expect. But don't worry—after our first chat, we'll nail down a price that's tailored just for your project, especially if it's video-related. Looking for more than one service? Great! Bundle deals are definitely offered. For instance, if you book me for a music video, I'll hook you up with a discount for any photoshoots or interviews tied to the same project. So go ahead, let's make your vision come to life.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ready to get the ball rolling? For bigger projects we usually kick things off with a free 30-minute call. We'll chat about your vision, what you're hoping to achieve, and from there I'll shoot over a final quote. Once we've got the green light (aka the deposit), we're good to go. And hey, if you need revisions, we'll hash that out during our first call so you know exactly what to expect. Just a heads up, you'll get your final masterpiece as soon as the last payment hits. No surprises—just awesome photos or videos you'll love.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Got a B.F.A. in Visual Communication, but what does that really mean for you? It means I'm highly trained in all the right areas—photography, design, storyboarding, video production, etc. So whether it's picking the perfect golden hour shot or turning your story into a film, I've got the skills to make it happen.
