Our pricing is based on the level and depth of support someone truly needs. Some clients come to us for clarity, structure, and life guidance. Others work with our Executive Fitness coach for physical health, strength, and habit-building. Many people benefit from a combination of both. Every situation is different, and every plan is personalized to the person, their goals, and the breakthroughs they are trying to create. We begin with a conversation to understand what you are experiencing, what feels out of alignment, and what you want to change. From there, we create a tailored plan that fits your needs, your capacity, and the level of accountability that will actually move you forward. Pricing reflects the type of support you choose, whether that is mindset and structure work, fitness and health coaching, or an integrated approach. There are no hidden fees and no one-size-fits-all packages. Just transparent, personalized plans designed to help you break patterns, rebuild discipline, and create real change in a way that feels grounded and sustainable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a clarity call to understand what feels heavy, what keeps repeating, and what you want to change. This first step is about understanding your world, not rushing into quick fixes. Next, we look deeper at the routines, habits, and health patterns that are keeping you stuck so we can identify what type of support will actually help you move forward. From there, we build a personalized plan. Some clients work with us through The Organized Approach for structure and accountability. Others work with our Executive Fitness coach for physical health and habit building. Many choose a blend of both. Plans evolve as you grow. Our goal is simple: steady support, clear steps, and grounded structure so you can build small habits, create discipline, and rebuild confidence in a way that lasts.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We’re trained in systems thinking and practical problem-solving, with years of experience helping people move from overwhelm to clarity. Our work centers on guiding clients through stressful transitions, identifying patterns that keep them stuck, and building routines that create real, lasting change. We also bring lived experience, which helps us show up with honesty, compassion, and accountability. Our Executive Fitness division is led by a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach who helps clients rebuild their strength, health, and consistency through simple, steady, habit-based coaching. Together, we offer a support system that integrates structure, mindset, discipline, and physical well-being so clients can move forward with confidence.
