Jackson is very attentive to both my, and my tenants, needs. He does an incredible job in responding to any challenge that comes up. When we have to prepare a vacated property for a new tenant, he has poven to handle repairs or upkeep necessary, in a timely manner. Ensuring the property continues to be profitable. Jackson Rents Atlanta, LLC offers discounts for multiple properties, we also give you a free month of management. Our tenant placement fee is based on the time and expense of marketing, FMLS fees, gas, hours and more.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We welcome new customers - every customer we ever had was new at one time! We walk you through the process and help you to understand why we are the most patient, understanding and flexible property management company in the metro area.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am the broker/owner and I have a Master's in Psychotherapy. It helps me relate to people, understand them, empathize with them, have patience and organize solutions to each landlord's situation.
