My brother and I wouldn't know what to do without PMI Perimeter. They are the best Property management company Ive ever dealt with. They did everything we needed. Thanks to Jamie, our property is fully rented, and tenants pay rent on time. When things need to be fixed, they handle everything. I have been working with PMI management for at least 6 months. There were many issues with this large, older home. I was fortunate to work thru the issues with Jamie who responded to all of my requests for repair/ servicein a timely manner. All concerns were resolved quickly along with follow up from Jamie to be sure I was satisfied with the results. All businesses should conduct themselves as honestly and efficiently as PMI.

My sister and I had a wonderful leasing/move-in experience with PMI! The whole team has been so so helpful - from answering our many questions to assistance with utility setup, the whole process was a breeze. Jamie in particular is a true asset to this team. I have 27 years of professional experience overall. After starting my career in public accounting with KPMG, over the last 20 years I have worked for global, national, and local real estate firms here in Atlanta, including CBRE, HFF/JLL, Voya Investment Management, KBS Realty Advisors, and TriMont Real Estate Advisors. I have broad experience in accounting, finance, asset management, acquisitions, capital markets, and business development. PMI Perimeter has been open since 2020 and we offer residential and commercial property management, sales, and listing/buyer agent services.
