I love providing magazine quality, real estate listing photos for clients at a reasonable price. I provide a quick 24 hour turnaround time for a minimum of 30 listing photos. This includes interiors and exteriors. I will photograph any home or office space. The photo session is typically between 1.5 and 2 hours and the agent and/or homeowner are not required to be present, though I do need someone to meet me at the residence to let me in.
I think of real estate listing photography as an art and enjoy helping in the process of people buying or selling a home. Photos are usually the first impression someone has when looking for a home and I always make sure that the beauty of that gone is highlighted.

Shaun does an INCREDIBLE job. He has a great 'eye' to capture the property at its best! I know his photos are the reason that so many of my listings have sold in just a few days on the market. He is a perfectionist and will not disappoint. He is timely and a bargain for the quality that he provides.
