I was asked to send a picture of the window. I also sent the dimensions of the glass that needed to be replaced. The quote was $85 however when they arrived the price jumped to $130! The tech said because the window is on a split level. I said "you didn't ask" and the tech was truthful enough to agree. I refused their service as there are other glass window replacement companies! I thought all you needed to use was a ladder...guess not for them. VERY disappointed!!!

AVOID AT ALL COST IF GETTING YOUR WINDOW REPLACED IS URGENT AND A PRIORITY. Should’ve listened to the reviews. Owner agreed to a time to fix the window. He asked for my information (address, email, payment preference). Confirmed that he would show up on a certain day between a certain time. No call. No show. I texted. No response
When I called to see if the work was done - owner asked “what job?”
I trusted this company to follow up on their word because getting the window fixed was time sensitive to close on my mortgage and now I am at risk of that not happening.

Beware!! Extremely Disappointed!! Made deposit of $1000 to Marcus Knox for shower door and mirrors since May 27th. Since then its been story after story about corona virus and everything else. Promised multiple times to do the work and didn't show up, but i still exercised patience. When he finally came, he dropped of some materials (seen in below picture) and never came back. He tried to collect another $700 for additional work (window replacement) i needed. I refused to give him more deposit until he completed the first job. Promised again, but didn't show up again. Then few days ago, he made up another excuse about me having to sign invoice before he came. Never mentioned anything like this since May 27th when he collected the deposit. Got tired with the stories and decided to cancel everything and get the deposit back, but he refused to return it. I have all our communication texts to prove everything. Filed reports against him and his company.
