I am a business coach offering over 35 years of comprehensive experience in corporate America: with extensive experience creating resumes/cover letters and providing interview coaching. The price of your professional resume includes an initial 45 minute in depth one on one interview to get a better understanding of your skill set, work history, and accomplishments. The next step in the process of creating your resume entails taking your existing resume along with the notes to develop a working draft. Once the draft is completed, you and I meet to review the draft to make any changes. The final draft of your resume will be sent to you in a Word document so that you can make any further changes. Once the final resume is completed I will create a customized cover letter for a job description that you are interested in. The final step in the process is the interview coaching. Once you are notified of a phone interview or an in-person interview we will get together so that I can provide you interview coaching for that particular job.

My Experience with Monica was great she is so knowledgeable of word usage, writing styles, and resume/cover letter design. What set her apart of the others was the simple fact that all I needed her to do was write me a cover letter and she went as far as to give me resume suggestions, go through a couple interview question, on top of writing a great cover letter. I recently made the switch from a corporate business to a non-profit organization and I had not interviewed in 10 years. I immediately went to ProSource Coaching for help in re-wording my resume to highlight how my knowledge and skills in the corporate business could transfer to a non-profit.
Monica at ProSource Coaching asked in-depth questions about my job experience and was able to pick out key words, skills, and competencies and then transform them into my professional marketing tool for the non-profit job I was seeking.
Since I had not interviewed in 10 years, Monica worked with me to sharpen my interviewing skills. I felt totally prepared and at ease in the interviews, and Im happy to say that I am now working at a job that I completely love and that fully utilizes my skills and knowledge.

I am in the midst of a job search and needed a resume that would stand out and help me get what I wanted career-wise. The job was completed all completely online or via phone and it took about a month to get the process completed.
What was so amazing about Monica's services are that it is not strictly data entry. She took the time to talk to me and get a feel of what my strengths are so she could incorporate it into the resume . Aside from that, she also gave me some valuable advice on what to expect in an interview and how to market myself effectively to prospective employers.
The only gripe I had about the whole process were the scheduling conflicts that,I guess, tend to happen in a transaction that mostly happens online/by phone. Everything else exceeded my expectations.

Monica and Michelle are very nice and polite people. I give them 4 stars because 1. It was somewhat disorganized to go through two different people because information was lost in between. 2. I was disappointed on the format of my resume. I had to spend extra money to format my document from Microsoft. Not everyone has Microsoft anymore. Which was disappointing for me because I already spent a lot.
