Bate and switch - i am a contractor who does not quote a job then start the job - then wants more money because of ants - gives the option to have plastic cover the the hole he made - or give more money to do the repair - very poor when you do not honor your quotes - should pass on this outfit

Mr.Rice, you were charged accordingly due to the fact that after years of you neglecting your roof, you had a massive colony of ants living inside the rotted wood and insulation of your roof. Upon this discovery we tried to pass on the job as we are roofers, not pest control. We even gave you the option for us to tarp your roof for free so you could find someone cheaper, to which you declined. We also repaired a second leak, and a piece of rotted fascia for FREE to help you out. I’m very confused why we are just now finding out you are upset, a whole month later after the repair has been completed. Now if you have any problems with the repair itself or the work that we did, I would be more than happy to hear your feedback.
