Prices may vary depending on changing situations on a job. Any add-ons outside of the scope of work will warrant extra fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ask pertinent questions and schedule a day and time to assess and/or repair whatever the issue may be.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been trained in A+(Certified), Network+, Security+(Certified), Cisco CCNA, Cisco CCNP & CCIE, Linux+, and Windows Server 2019, just to name a few.
