FAQs
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When trying to find the right tutor, it is not about selecting the person who simply knows the subject material at hand. An ideal tutor is someone who can communicate the right information to the student, so that there is understanding, which will yield positive results. Some tutors are just working to collect a paycheck. Then there are "others" who go beyond the call of duty to making themselves available by phone, email, video, etc. to make sure you are not left behind. We have the ideal tutors; we are the "others".
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Although I am a tutor, I am a mentor. In my line of work, I am not just concerned with the academic progress of my students, but I genuinely care about their well-being and personal development as well. Many students come to me with personal baggage and I try to be a listening ear should they feel comfortable to share. I do whatever I can to bring out the best in my students, through relationship building and empowerment. It is a joy to see a once saddened face leave my presence with a smile because of the impact I've made in their lives! I am all about growth!
