Julian sent his staff member Nick to install my ring doorbell plus and my spotlight cam plus. Nick did such an excellent job. He went above and beyond to make sure the cameras were placed exactly where I wanted them. He gave me his professional input and expertise to make sure that I ended up with the result that I needed. He was very professional, yet very friendly and easy to talk to. It was a great experience and I expect to be calling them again after I move to my new location in August. I recommend them highly.

My experience on 12/16/24 was absolutely amazing. We had a Ring camera in my mom's apartment in memory care that stopped working. After two months of agonizing calls to Ring support, we gave up. Then, we discovered Julian. He is MY HERO. Communication was excellent. He arrived on time and was able to install a new camera. He was extremely patient, professional, and "knew his stuff." I was so relieved to be able to keep an eye on my mom again. I HIGHLY recommend using this young man. We plan on using him again for work at our home. Hire him. You won't be disappointed.
