Based on other reviews I know Russel is a true professional. He also gave me valid advice leading up to my install date. The day of my install date he a big family event to attend to, but emailed me sorry for the inconvenience. Looking forward to another install date soon as I know Russel will do a great job. I'll provide another updated review after the official install in my home. (Part - 1 of 2)
