Chief Harris, owner of TNT Protective Services, provided outstanding home security for our family during a very difficult and dangerous time. When authorities refused to stop an individual who was escalating in violence, I had no choice but to hire private security to protect my family for an extended period. From the very first call, Chief Harris answered immediately — not with a price quote, but with patience, questions, and genuine concern. He took the time to understand the situation, conducted a site visit with some of his security guards, and developed a thoughtful plan for our protection. Chief Harris, a security professional for over 20 years, is knowledgeable, professional and compassionate. He was flexible with scheduling, and his guards (mainly the two assigned to our home) were attentive, reliable and highly respectful. Their presence gave us the safety and peace of mind we desperately needed. Of note, Chief Harris is well known for providing private security for entertainers, athletes, and business executives. Although we do not fall into those categories, he treated us with the exact same level of care and attention as if we did. That kind of integrity and commitment is rare and speaks volumes about his character and his company’s values. I would not hesitate to call Chief Harris again, and I highly recommend TNT Protective Services to anyone in need of trusted, professional security.

Do your research! Our event committee agreed to pay for services based off a quote given on 3/11/25; however, it was not earned nor deserved. We are honest people, and we wanted to honor our word. I would be remiss if I didn’t share the comments and concern given towards the business "Chief" Harris/TNT Protective Services provided. Statements shared with our committee members by over a dozen attendees in addition to 2 of our vendors include... The staff member dressed in SHORTS, yes shorts, kept his hands tucked deeply into his vest the entire event! What good would he have been had his services been needed quickly. His presence and attire were extremely unprofessional not to mention inappropriate for our event. Harris and the female staff member were somewhat professional looking; however, all 3 members were constantly on their phones. Harris changed his phone number 3 weeks prior to our event. This was concerning and should have thrown up many red flags for a legitimate and established business; however, I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. Regarding TNT Protective Service LLC., due diligence was not performed prior to the event and that is 100% on me. There are multiple concerning details that have been discovered post event. Representatives name is Willard Joseph Harris. Addresses provided for TNT Protective Services are not in line with this type of business and according to property records... one shows being owned by the federal government. "Chief" Harris is not affiliated (at least not as an employee) with nor ever has been with any military or law enforcement entity. Harris claims to have "officers on staff". They are NOT officers! The companies liability insurance policy expired on 1/18/25 based off the information they provided. TNT Protective Services LLC is listed as “active/noncompliance” with the Georgia Secretary of State/Georgia Corporations Division, last annual registration year 2024. The venue owner and our committee discussed asking them to leave early but worried they would cause a scene and that's why we had them there to begin with. I am a believer in making positive reviews when earned and very seldom leave negative comments. I simply refrain if unhappy. This situation was very upsetting to say the least. Again, our event staff decided to pay the invoice because we had an agreement, and they gave of their time. Do not mistake this with business compliance...only human kindness! Please do your research and fact check up front!!!! **If any of the information posted here is discovered (and proven) to be untrue or needs rebutting, I will post a correction and sincere apology right away.
