- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer fair, competitive pricing. Currently offering up to 10% discount for first-time customers in order to build my book of business, since I am very new to this platform.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial contact with customer, then, depending on job, will do a site visit with the customer to insure we're all on the same page for the job being performed, as I do not want there to be any surprises for both the customer and/or myself.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been doing landscaping, irrigation, handyman, minor grading and clearing of land for over 25 years. I also have a four-year degree in Business Administration.
