Mack was great to work with. His prices are very fair. He is a one man business and you can count on quality work. I will definitely use him again. The highest rating I could give Mack is 5 stars, but I would’ve given more if allowed. My family and I had a 10 day trip scheduled and found a leak in our sprinklersystem just before leaving. I requested his help and he responded within 2 minutes. An hour later, he was saving my vacation. The work was top notch at an extremely reasonable price. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer fair, competitive pricing. I also accept several forms of payment, in order for my completed services be as convenient to pay as possible.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial contact with customer, then, depending on job, will do a site visit with the customer to insure we're all on the same page for the job being performed, as I do not want there to be any surprises for both the customer and/or myself.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been doing landscaping, irrigation, handyman, grading and clearing of land for over 25 years. I've also been apart of countless irrigation training over the years, with all training coming from/provided by Hunter Industries. Lastly, I have earned a four-year degree in Business Administration.
