About

Hi, I have certified teaching experience, as well as tutoring experience. As a former teacher, I having taught or supported students enrolled in PreK-8th grades. As a tutor and Thumbtack pro since 2015, my work has consisted of supporting elementary, middle, high school, and college students. I present concepts in an understandable way, helping students learn the academic content in way that supports their progress. The tutoring services that I provide are: tutoring for students who are struggling or underperforming in math; virtual academic support for homeschooling families; tutoring for students enrolled in online public-school programs; homework help; and test prep for undergraduate college admissions exams.
