With being both a coach and a psychotherapist I can incorporate techniques from both which has proven very beneficial for my clients. I love helping people. My Awesome Coach has helped me in ways I never thought possible and it's only been 2 weeks. I can only imagine how I will feel after a few months. She challenges me and hold me accountable for all the things I want to accomplish. She's helps you organize your life and focus on one thing at a time! Would definitely recommend!

Kristen is attentive and knowledgeable. Her friendly nature is refreshing and her positivity is contagious. Thanks to Ms. Lee, I've completely changed my life and I'm living my dreams.
