It was a pleasure doing business with this company. Phil was extremely professional and competent. I always felt like I was in good hands. They provided very reasonable rates, quality work, and concern with my satisfaction upon completion of the repairs. Even my dogs were glad to see him arrive. Hired on Thumbtack

I attempted to repair my roof myself, but discovered that I better hire a professional instead, so I hired Horizons Restorations. Philip showed up on a dreary and rainy day and still managed to repair my roof. Im so glad that I hired Philip, because not only did he do a much better job than I could, but he also made further repairs (calking, sealing, re-securing, etc) that I was unaware of without charging me anything additional. Philip went above and beyond what I expected and I trust Philip to make future repairs to my home when needed. Thanks, Philip!
