Molding or baseboards,
Never showed up for the mutually agreed upon appt. Never even responded to me- still has yet to contact me 3 days after the missed appointment. I postponed travel and rearranged my schedule and I was not even given a response. AWFULMar 15, 2016VerifiedOne Call We Fix All's reply
I am sorry for any inconvenience this caused you. We are currently having a huge spike in leads from thumbtack and we lost track of some people. We did contact the client and apologized to her. We did not do a bad job for her, we simply missed out scheduled appointment. We will do better in the future to keep this from happening again. We have grown in the last month's and will look towards hiring a secretary. Again, I am truly sorry for the inconvenience.
Since I hired this contractor he has been too busy to help me with my jobs. Has not been able to take one job. Wish i could recommend, maybe when they are a little less busy.Aug 18, 2016VerifiedOne Call We Fix All's reply
Yes, we have been extremely busy with work and I am thankful for that, but you have to understand that if I have $8000 contracts to fulfill compared to small jobs that you pay by the hour and tend to be about 30 minutes from our offices, more times than not, we will follow the bigger contracts. Before we even signed a contract with you we advised you that if we are available we will definitely help you. If we can't, we have given you a notice with time that we are unable to complete those jobs at this time. It's not as if we are ignoring you. If you were in my shoes I would hope you understand our point of view. Thank you.
Rafael responded to our request quickly even though he had other work underway. His crew did a great job painting our garage. The paint job in our TV room was not as good but they came back and went over it again. We would use him again.Jul 28, 2016Verified
They did a WONDERFUL job. the knowledge and expertise are there. we love our sunroom. they remodeled it completely and we cant wait to use them for more work.Jul 30, 2018Verified
They send people they don't know, change the price, come on the day not scheduled and then argue. I don't blame the workers. It was 100% Rafael who runs these teams.Oct 11, 2016VerifiedOne Call We Fix All's reply
I am truly sorry you feel this way Matthew and understand your frustration with your project and our way of handling it, but I am sorry to say that I do not agree in the slightest with this review. To be fair, we did send a group of people we know. We have known them for more then 8 years each. They are like family to us. And yes we did change the price from $300 to $375, but not without your wife's approval. We contacted you, but since you were at work you did not answer. $75 extra for adding 2 extra coats of paint, moving and protecting furniture, and patching holes in the wall in a room that is 15 x 18 is honestly very cheap, but since you felt hassled, we gave you the option to pay our workers whatever you deemed was fair to make you happy. As far as scheduling goes, you made an appointment with our assistant ahead of time and verified that appointment when we called you the day of the appointment. You also had your wife send us the color of the paint you wanted as well since you did not purchase it. If we were not scheduled to be there, I don't think that communication between us would have happened. Not sure to mention your wife was expecting us as soon as we arrived on time. We never moved forward without you or your wife's consent so I am not sure how I or my company mishandled this situation. If you feel there was a better way to handle the situation I will be glad to hear it. The important thing is that you and your wife are happy with the painting our workers did for you. Thank you for your time and opportunity you provided our family owned business.
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? We normally change per square foot and complexity of our work. We do not charge by the hour as that seems unfair to both the customer and us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Be friendly and professional. We always ask questions about the task at hand to be sure we are quoting everything the customer wants and needs. we also make sure to supply details about the work being done that the customer may not have noticed in the first place.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We currently have a business license, and are in the process of acquiring our hvac, electrical, and plumbing licenses; however, we have been in this trade for more than 20 years.
