- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you are interested in booking a request and scheduling it, all we will need from you is your name, number, and address. Payment is made in two parts; we take Wire Transfer, Ach Transfer, Cash App or Zelle for the first half which it is due after our pro arrives and the other half is due once the job is done and can be paid however you like. We also warranty all work completed for 5 years, free of charge and we will provide you with a receipt 24-48 hrs after the job is completed to your email which will contain the code for your warranty and your rewards points
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
