I love to ask questions to get a real sense of their expectations. Meeting their needs is the key.

I worked in Advertising & Marketing for 20 years before retiring to be a stay-at-home parent of a child with special needs.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always loved the written word. It seemed very organic to make my it my vocation. I can't remember a time when I didn't want to be a writer.
