- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price list posted on our Website is our standard hourly rate. As referenced above, we also have minimum times; especially for specialty vehicles. Clients booking and submitting payment 30 days in advance receive a 15% discount.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Please know what outcome you want and let us determine which vehicle will serve you best. Also, keep in mind that we will ALWAYS operate safely and efficiently. During special seasons, prices fluctuate. Proms, Weddings & Graduations require extra details and additional costs. The rates quoted on our website are hourly rates and subject to change. - What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
We need enough information to insure your safety and satisfaction. When booking a vehicle, we need to know: How many people are in your party? How many round trips are we expected to make? What kind of vehicle do you require? Traffic conditions, the number of people and/or type pf equipment being transported, special needs, etc. all factor in to providing you EXCELLENT service. Since ours is a service business, time is VERY valuable to us. If you need to cancel or reschedule your service, we need to know IMMEDIATELY! Cancelling within 3 hours of your scheduled pick-up will result in 50% of your services fee being charged to your account. Cancelling within 24 hours of your service date will result in a 25% charge.
