My son referred me to thumbtack after getting several other companies with high cost and really awful service and no professional habits about what is included in doing a job with the thought of giving the customer satisfaction. I thank my son for helping me get this young company's help for my lawn service. Met with them at the time we agreed, they were very respectful and committed to finding out how I wanted my service done, not just cut the grass, detailed my yard so that I could be proud of it. the other lawn help we got in the pass several weeks were horrible. The lawn was very overgrown and in really bad shape. They assured me that they were there to please me and I would be able to sit and enjoy my back yard again shortly. They are two young men that went to work right away and did not stop until they checked with me to let me know if I wanted extra service done while they were in the process, so I had no price change surprises. I really appreciated that. They did a great job on my lawn service. My neighbor came out and asked for service as well. I have not stopped talking about their work performance at my home. Something lawn services don't care about anymore is blowing and removing debris that shows they take pride in their job. WE hired them for every two weeks service at a price we feel is good for the service provided and my budget. I highly recommend them. Excellent Job and Service. Deborah S.

J&J Lawn Solutions did a great job on my lawn. They responded quickly to my Thumbtack request, offered fair and flexible pricing, and one of the owners personally came out to walk my property with me before starting. Their crew had my lawn cut within a day, and they did an excellent job mowing and edging. When I mentioned a few grass clippings were left behind, the owner immediately offered to return that same afternoon to take care of it—without any hesitation. That level of customer service really stood out. I’m extremely pleased with their work and will definitely be using them for my lawn care going forward.
