I really don't like to leave negative reviews, but my TV is crooked, and it's noticeable. He told me that it's because my house was on a slope. 😳 Like, really, sir?! I have had 4 TVs mounted and an entire renovation done on our home. Never have I ever heard that something couldn't be straight due to my home being down a hill. I guess that means every picture on our wall is crooked, too. 😏 He left debris from holes being drilled. He didn't fully clean up his mess, and he was 3 hours late after canceling the previous appointment with a 20-minute notice. Again, I hate to leave negative reviews, but this was just unacceptable. Now I have to hire someone else to correct this $230 mistake. He couldn't lift the TV alone. It's 86" TV.
