- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in fair, transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Every quote is based on the scope of the project, and I’ll always explain what’s included before any work begins. I also offer discounts for multiple installations completed during the same visit whenever possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by discussing the customer’s needs, the size of the TV or appliance, and the installation location. I answer any questions upfront, provide transparent pricing, and schedule a convenient appointment. On installation day, I carefully assess the space, complete the work professionally, clean up afterward, and make sure everything is functioning properly before I leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience comes from years of hands-on installation work, continuous learning, and staying up to date on the proper tools, mounting techniques, and manufacturer recommendations. Every project helps me expand my knowledge while maintaining high standards for safety and quality.
